Collaborative Process
As your advisers, we deploy a collaborative process where we partner with you to understand your business goals and expectations.Personal Meeting
The first step in the process is a Personal Meeting. During this session we will discuss the need with the client. The objective of this session is for us to learn the capabilities and skills of the client, and understand their objectives from the engagement. Although it may be obvious that the objective is to get assistance and help in some aspect, it has to become clear and precise what aspect of the business is in need of help so that everyone is on the same page and task is clear and unambiguous and so are the deliverables from the activities.Communicate the Process
Next step is to Communicate the process. We will document and communicate the recommended process, and collectively agree on how the process shall proceed, what the role of the client is in cooperation with AKBI Advisers and vice versa. We will also define and agree a set of criteria that the client would use to define success of the task.Engagement
Once the task is clear, objectives and process have been identified and client is ready to move forward, we will create a formal contract that lists the process, milestones and obligations. At this point the client would approve the contract and engage us.Weekly Meeting
We shall have a weekly one hour meeting to go touch base and go over the progress. It is imperative for both sides to ensure that there are sufficient communications so client is aware that there is progress and advancements are in the right direction, and for AKBI Advisers to know that business has not changed and the client is still in support of the direction and goals of the project.
